Yael is an incoming second year graduate student at Pratt Institute, pursuing a Masters of Professional Studies Degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Arcadia University in both Pre-Art Therapy and Painting.
Throughout Yael's life and during her collegiate experience, she has been given many opportunities to grow as an artist and learn several approaches to the creation of works. This inspires her ability to creatively plan and implement a structured experience to enhance patient self-awareness, self-expression and life skills. Yael's work with children ranges from all functional abilities and multiple intelligences to give them the skills needed to explore various artistic techniques.
